Platform Integrations
Reply Automation integrates with multiple communication platforms. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to connect third-party accounts to our service
- Complying with the terms of service of integrated platforms
- Understanding that we are not responsible for changes or disruptions to third-party platforms
- Any content sent through integrated platforms using our automation
Intellectual Property
Our Rights: All content, features, functionality, software, and technology associated with Reply Automation are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you input into our system, including emails, messages, and conversation data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide our services to you.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service with maximum uptime. However, we do not guarantee that:
- Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from our service will be accurate or reliable
- Any defects in the service will be corrected immediately
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time with reasonable notice.
Fees and Payment
Subscription: If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Refunds: Refund policies will be provided at the time of purchase. Generally, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our fees with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reply Automation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service

- Any third-party conduct or content on the service
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reply Automation and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party

We do not warrant that:
- The service will meet your specific requirements
- The service will be compatible with all platforms or devices
- Automated responses will always be appropriate or accurate
- The service will be secure or free from errors or viruses
Geographic Limitations
Reply Automation is operated from Charleston, South Carolina, USA. We make no representation that our services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access our service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Charleston, South Carolina, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
